Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home welcome visits with new clients and families
• Perform thorough needs assessments and create personalized care plans
• Match clients with the perfect caregiver based on personality and needs
• Serve as the ongoing point of contact for clients and families
• Ensure seamless communication between caregivers, families, and management

Casual Health Care Aide (HCA)

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare nutritious meals and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Follow care plans and report changes in client well-being

We’re Looking For

• Health Care Aide certificate (or equivalent)
• Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Reliable transportation (vehicle strongly preferred)
• Clear criminal record check and references
